5. Are there any self learning methods available?

6. How often is the system updated?
We release new features and fixes several times a year. Since the system is cloud-based, updates apply automatically, usually during off-peak hours, with minimal disruption.

1. Do I need to host a server to have access?
No, AutoCount HRMS runs on a secure cloud platform. You just need an internet-enabled device, such as a PC or mobile device, to access all features.

2. How do I get the mobile app?
The app is free for all employees. Download it from Google Play, Apple App Store, or Huawei App Gallery by searching for “AC Payroll.”

3. Will my information be secured on the cloud?
Yes, AutoCount is ISO 27001:2013 certified and protects your data with strict quality assurance and security protocols.

4. How is the platform secured?
AutoCount HRMS runs on Azure’s secure data centre and protects your data with encryption and 2-Factor Authentication.

5. How to activate 2-Factor Authentication?
Log in to the web portal, click your name at the top right, select Profile, and set up 2FA using Microsoft or Google Authenticator.

6. What if I forgot my password?
On the login screen, select “Forgot Password” and follow the steps to reset it using your registered email.

7. How are payslips delivered?
Payslips are available via email or mobile app. Employees can view them immediately or on a scheduled date. Email attachments are automatically encrypted with a password.

8. Are there any file limitations for eLeave & eClaim submissions?
Yes, each file can be up to 3MB, which works for PDFs, Excel files, and images. The in-app camera ensures images stay within the limit.

9. I have multiple HR’s in my organization, can I limit their access rights?
Yes, AutoCount HRMS lets you assign access rights per user, so they only see the data they need.

Billing Questions

1. What are the subscription options available?
We offer flexible billing with no hidden charges. Choose a monthly or yearly plan that suits you.

2. How much does AutoCount HRMS cost?
Pricing depends on your employee headcount and selected modules. You only pay for what you use, saving costs.

3. What if I need to increase or decrease my employee headcounts during my subscription period?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime via our self-service portal. Changes are pro-rated automatically.

4. Will there be any reminders before my subscription/plan expires?
Yes, we send email reminders 7 days and 3 days before expiry, on the day of expiry, and 3 days after.

5. Limited access mode
In this mode, users can view information but cannot make changes. Payslips can be downloaded, and government reports (SOCSO, EPF, EA Forms) are accessible.

6. Penalty Charges
If you renew 30 days after expiry for a one-month plan, we apply a penalty of 50% of your next invoice. Plans longer than one month have no penalty.
